Registration

General Information

  • Accepted papers of the main conference, fast abstracts and workshops, must have one author register at the Regular rate, by the author registration deadline:
    • Main conference: January 20th, 2025
    • All other type of papers: March 05th, 2025
  • Student Forum accepted papers must have one student author register at the Regular or Student rate, by March 05th, 2025
  • Multiple accepted papers of a same author, it is required a distinct Regular or Student (for Student Forum papers) registration per paper as far as possible.
  • Student rate registration attendes must send their student comprovative to ivmedeiros@fc.ul.pt
  • The conference Regular and Student registration fees includes:
    • Conference attendance
    • Conference kit
    • Electronic copy of the proceedings
    • Lunches and coffee breaks
    • Social programmes (Welcome Reception, Hippotrip City Tour, and Conference Banquet)
  • The conference Regular Single Day and Student Single Day registration fees includes:
    • Workshop day conference attendance
    • Conference kit
    • Electronic copy of the workshops proceedings
    • Lunch and coffee breaks
    • Welcome Reception
